BSN, RN, CEN
Director of Nursing – Clinical

I was born and raised in Philipsburg, Montana and graduated from Granite High School in Philipsburg. I attended Montana State University for 2 years before moving to Arizona. I attended University of Arizona in Tucson and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1985. I have actively been employed in emergency nursing since graduation. While working as an emergency nurse, I have also worked as an ICU nurse and a cardiac cath/special procedure nurse.

I enjoyed growing up in a small rural town and maintain that mentality today, despite having lived and worked in large metropolitan areas as well. I was the 5th of 5 children and family was then, and still is, the most important part of my life. I have my own daughter, Marni, who is my pride and joy.

Athletics have always been my past time, playing basketball, softball and running track in grade school and high school. I obtained my second degree black belt in TaeKwonDo through the International Dae Myung Federation. I love to golf. Horses have always been my passion and I rode my first horse at age 4, and have been riding since. I competed internationally in 3 day Eventing, which encompasses dressage, stadium jumping and cross country jumping. Today I am an avid team roper, which is what brought me to Wickenburg.
