Dr. Lisa Erlinger’s desire to belong in healthcare started when all the kids in the neighborhood wanted to ride bikes but she wanted to be the ambulance driver.
With 30 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Erlinger has provided anesthesia in small private hospitals, surgical centers, pediatric hospital, and an endoscopy center. She comes to Wickenburg from a level 1 Trauma Center in Columbia, Missouri where she was one of four CRNA’s who took 24 hour Trauma call.
Dr. Erlinger was an Assistant Professor at Southern Illinois University where she taught Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Educators, Nurse Managers, and Nurse Anesthesia students. She is now an Assistant Professor at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ.
Dr. Erlinger graduated with her diploma RN from St. Lukes School of Nursing in 1986, obtained her BSN from University of Missouri in 1989, MSN\CRNA from Bradley University\Memorial Medical Center in 1994, and achieved her PhD from St. Louis University in 2012.
