Peter Stachowicz embarked on his professional journey in healthcare as a Radiological Technologist in New York. Working in large urban hospitals, he honed his skills in X-rays, CT scans, and Ultrasounds. His expertise and dedication quickly advanced him to supervisory and managerial roles within Medical Imaging departments.
In 2000, after numerous vacations to the Southwest, Peter and his wife decided that Arizona would be the ideal place to raise their three children. Soon after relocating, Peter was recruited to manage a growing Medical Imaging Department at Wickenburg Community Hospital & Clinics. His exemplary performance in this role led to subsequent positions as Chief of Ambulatory Services and, ultimately, Chief Operating Officer (COO).
As COO, Peter oversees the administrative functions of a comprehensive clinic system, which includes three Rural Health Clinics and a new mobile clinic in fall of 2024. His responsibilities extend to Laboratory, Medical Imaging, and Rehabilitative services, ensuring that all departments operate smoothly and efficiently.
Peter holds a degree in Healthcare Management and is currently pursuing a second degree in Leadership and Strategic Planning. His commitment to continuous learning underscores his dedication to growing both personally and professionally.

A passionate advocate for healthcare accessibility, Peter actively participates in community service. He serves on the town’s Economic Development and Transportation Committee and the Arizona Hospital Association’s Public Policy Commission. Additionally, he is on the Board of Directors for the Weaver Mountain Health Initiative, which focuses on bringing healthcare services and awareness to remote communities.
