WICKENBURG COMMUNITY HOSPITAL & CLINICS HAS FINALIZED BCBS CONTRACT.
WICKENBURG, AZ (October 29th, 2024) – Wickenburg Community Hospital & Clinics (WCH) proudly announces the finalization of a contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield Arizona (BCBSAZ) commercial and Medicare Advantage health plans, ensuring uninterrupted healthcare access for its patients who are BCBSAZ members. WCH is also in-network with Health Choice Arizona owned by BCBSAZ, which was not a part of this contract renegotiation and has stayed in-network. This agreement allows patients to continue receiving care from their trusted WCH providers without any disruption.
Jackie Lundblad, President and CEO at WCH, expressed enthusiasm about the agreement, stating, “We are delighted to reach an agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Wickenburg Community Hospital (WCH) is a nonprofit organization established in 1926. WCH opened its first Rural Health Clinic (RHC) in 2010 followed by two additional RHCs by 2018.
